How it works: Your guests upload photos via QR code and can see all images on the event page. In your event area, photos that exceed the included limit are initially shown as previews (pixelated). Simply unlock them to see them in full sharpness and enable downloading.

Yes. There is no limit on the number of guests. With many guests the photos add up quickly – choose a larger plan in that case. If it turns out to be more than planned, the extra photos are still there and can be unlocked in the paid plans.

For the wedding, it is best to create a separate event. That keeps engagement and wedding photos neatly apart, and each celebration gets its own QR code.

Yes. With a short pairing code you connect any smart TV or projector to your event – new photos appear automatically in the live slideshow.

Yes. In the dashboard you switch off the guest page with one click. Guests then see a note that the event has ended. Nothing is deleted – your photos and videos stay with you, and you can reopen the page at any time.

The upload window opens at 00:00 on your event day – from then on your guests can upload and view the gallery. The guest page itself is reachable before that, so you can take a look and test the QR code in advance. How long the window runs depends on your plan: Moment 2 days · Memory 25 days · Milestone 60 days · Legend 90 days – counted from the event day, ending at midnight. After that the guest page closes, but your photos stay with you: you keep access to every one – in the dashboard under “My Photos”, for as long as the storage period runs (7 days on the free plan, up to 365 on the largest). The storage period starts when you create the event.

Yes, if you enable it for your event. The event settings have a “Guest video upload limit” – set to “0 – no videos” by default. Switch it to “1 video per guest” and every guest may contribute one video. You can always add videos yourself, regardless of this setting.

At most 1 minute and at most 500 MB per file. Common phone formats work (MP4 and MOV, including iPhone). The audio track is included – keep that in mind when people are talking in the background.

Per event: Moment 1 · Memory 5 · Milestone 10 · Legend 20. Deleted videos still count – the number is an allowance, not a stock level.

After uploading, a video first has to be converted into playable formats. Depending on length and file size this takes about 30 to 60 seconds. It then appears in the gallery on its own – no need to reload the page.
